Egyptian Practical Questions.

here are some practical questions tht came out in the egyptians practical exam shared by our egyptians friends. :)

Egyptian Practical Questions (1)

• Anatomy:
- genital:
testis .. mention the organ and its side and one posterior relation
ovary ... mention the organ and its blood supply
hip bone ... mention its side ... and he was pointing on the ischail spine .. and asked about it

- urinary:
kidney .. mention the organ and its side .. he was pointing on renal artery so he asked about it
bladder .. mention the organ and the pointed surface which was the posterior one

• Histology :
all the questions was identify the slide and identify the pic
some of the spots was having B question (identify the pic) has a and b .. a was mention the organ and b was what is the arrow pointing at
eg. ureter fallopian tube prostate urinary bladder epididymis

• Patho
some questions was diagnose only while others was diagnose and mention the organ and mention 2 characters
eg. endometrial hyperplasia, wilms' tumor, seminoma, liomyoma complicated with cervical carcinoma

• Para ... it was a couple of schistosoma and he want to mention 2 features

• Micro
RPR ... identify and mention 1 use
chlamydial inclusion bodies and mention other method of identification
proteus swarming of identical colonies and mention the use of this test

• Physio
it was a problem of creatinine clearance .. he gave me the conc in both urine and sample and the volume of urine and he wanted to know the volume of plasma cleared

• Bio
one problem on colorimeter of creatinine
another Q about the content of the whey in milk clot and to compare between human's and cow's milk regarding GHO protein and ash

2- Sacrum ,,, marking on middle 3 sacral pieces ---- mention structure attached.

3- Lumbosacral trunk ( identify ) ,,, mention its root value .

4- Testis --- identify ,,, 2 or 3 coverings.

5- Kidney --- identify + side ,,,, pointing medial to the hilum (right kidney ) --- > duodenum.

6- Urinary Bladder --- superior surface ( identify ) ,,, structures related .

• (2) Histology :

Ureter ,, U.B ,, Testis ,, Penis ,, placenta ,, prostate ,, proliferative uterus ,, injected kidney ,, vagina

- Pictures:-
F.T ,, Oogenesis ( the long picture ) pointing at the primary follicle ( identify ) ,,,, Lactating Mammary ,,,, Spermatic cord( identify vas deferens )

• (4) Parasitology :

• (5) Physiology :
