Heart
1. Apex - surface anatomy, by what chamber it is formed.
2. Ant. & Post. Interventricular G. – structure related, artery/vein related.
3. Rt.auricle – belong to which border.
4. Arch of aorta – beginning, termination. 2 structure ant. to it.
5. Desc. Aorta – beginning, termination
6. S.v.c – veins forming it, beginning termination 7. Rt. & left coronary – beginning, branches.
8. Pulmonary trunk. – surface anatomy of its valve.
9. Fossa ovalis – embryo origin.
10. Transverse sinus – ant. boundaries.
11. Rt. Atrium – mention 2 of its openings.
12. Oesophagus & trachea – belong to which mediastinum.
13. Oesophagus – nerve ant. to it.

Head & Neck
1. Common n external carotid artery. – beginning branch termination.
2. internal carotid artery – beginning termination
3. i.j.vein. – beginning tributaries termination
